The HSE have introduced an explicit duty to manage Asbestos in non-domestic premises, these were updated by the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006(CAR ) as part of the Control of Asbestos at work Regulations 2002 (CAWR).

As part of the CAR 2006 updates all workers who may come into contact with Asbestos must have Asbestos Awareness training

 An asbestos survey will help your company comply with these regulations.
